He plays an active role in monitoring the operations of all plants and works closely with the Board’s audit, remuneration, risk, and nomination committees to ensure strong governance, ethical practices, and alignment with stakeholder expectations. Beyond his role at Shilpa, Mr. Inanni is actively involved in educational and charitable initiatives, supporting institutions such as the Academy of Medical Education, Dental College, and V.L. Mr. Vishnukant C. Bhutada, the Founder and Group Managing Director of Shilpa Medicare Ltd., stands among the most respected leaders in India’s pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. Mr. Keshav Bhutada serves as the Executive Director & CEO of the API business at Shilpa Pharma Lifesciences Ltd., a key subsidiary of Shilpa Medicare Ltd. As a Board member, he brings strong strategic insight and execution capability to drive the next phase of growth for the organization. He is leading a comprehensive transformation of the API Division, expanding the portfolio across oncology and non-oncology APIs, scaling high-value CDMO services, and advancing innovation in peptide, polymer, long-chain, and other complex specialty molecules. His focus is on differentiated, technology-intensive products that offer higher margins, strong market entry barriers, and sustainable competitive advantage. Keshav’s forward-looking approach—blending scientific innovation, operational discipline, and market insight—is positioning the API division as a globally competitive, innovation-driven business unit. He emphasizes not only volume growth but also moving up the value chain, improving regulatory readiness, enhancing global competitiveness, and strengthening the supply chain. Mr. Madhav Bhutada serves as the Managing Director of Shilpa BioCare and also as Director for the Shilpa Biologics Division, providing strategic leadership and driving the growth of the company’s biologics, biosimilars, and fermentation-based products portfolio. With extensive experience in biologics and fermentation, he brings deep expertise across R&D, clinical development, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and strategic partnerships. Under his leadership, the division has successfully navigated complex regulatory pathways in global markets, establishing Shilpa as a trusted player in biosimilars, novel biologics, and fermentation-based products. Madhav has spearheaded innovation by leading multi-disciplinary teams in developing new biologic and fermentation entities, fostering collaborations with global partners, contract research organizations, and academic institutions, and aligning product pipelines with evolving market needs. Through his forward-looking vision, he has strengthened Shilpa’s competitiveness, expanded global market access, scaled manufacturing capabilities, achieved regulatory approvals, and launched high-impact products. Madhav continues to champion strategic innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, positioning the Biocare and Biologics Division to capture emerging opportunities and maintain Shilpa’s leadership in the global biologics and fermentation sector.

Private Limited, bringing over 22 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology sector. She has extensive expertise in the development of proteins, monoclonal antibodies, biosimilars, and other novel biologics, complemented by strong capabilities in strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational leadership. She earned her PhD from NCBS-TIFR, Bangalore, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University, USA, and has an impressive record of patents and publications. Prior to joining Shilpa Biologicals, Dr. Khambhampaty held senior leadership roles at Syngene International, Intas Pharmaceuticals, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, contributing to research innovation, product development, and regulatory strategy. In her role as CEO, Dr. Khambhampaty defines the long-term biologics roadmap, manages the product portfolio, and ensures compliance across biologics manufacturing. She works closely with R&D, quality, operations, and business development teams to accelerate time-to-market while maintaining global standards of safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance. Under her leadership, Shilpa Biologicals is advancing its capabilities in novel biologics and biosimilars, strengthening its position as a trusted and innovative player in the global biologics industry.

Dr. Jayant Karajgi serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Formulations Division at Shilpa. A pharmacist by education, he holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Technology and was a University Gold Medalist for both degrees. With over 27 years of experience in the generic formulations industry, including 13 years in leadership roles, he has overseen large teams and multiple functions, including product development, analytical and quality control laboratories, regulatory compliance, technology transfer, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer management. Under his leadership, the Formulations Division has successfully launched over 400 products across diverse dosage forms for major regulated markets such as the US, EU, Japan, as well as Rest of World (ROW). Dr. Karajgi has contributed significantly to innovation in analytical and formulation technologies, ensuring regulatory approvals, operational efficiency, and robust quality systems. He is also frequently invited to industry and academic forums to share his expertise on pharmaceutical development and compliance.

Mr. Alpesh M. Dalal serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Shilpa Medicare Limited, bringing over 23 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy, and business operations. A Chartered Accountant and Registered Valuer (Securities/Financial Assets) under IBBI, he has held leadership roles in prominent pharmaceutical and consumer-sector companies, including Lupin, Cipla, and Wockhardt. At Shilpa, Mr. Dalal oversees corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, fund raising, compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting across the APIs, biologics, and formulations businesses. He plays a critical role in aligning financial strength with strategic growth, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder confidence. His analytical rigor and strong business acumen drive profitable growth, governance excellence, and financial discipline, supporting Shilpa’s vision of sustainable expansion and operational excellence.

Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao (PVN), an alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, is the Chief Human Resource Officer of the Shilpa Group. With over 26 years of rich experience spanning the Indian Navy and the Godrej Group, he brings a unique blend of technical and business acumen, ensuring the right talent is positioned in the right roles to drive organizational performance. PVN leads strategic HR initiatives across all Shilpa business activities, aligning talent strategy with business objectives, fostering leadership development, and building organizational capability.
