The Polymer Research and Technology (PRT) department was established at Shilpa Pharmaceutical Life Sciences (SPL) in 2018. SPL's PRT department has state-of-the-art process R&D, toll manufacturing and manufacturing facilities/experience in the production of high-performance speciality polymers, evidenced by robust and sustained growth over the last 6 years. We have clients across discovery, process development, and supply chain for various speciality polymers of commercial importance including advanced polymers for the consumer industry for use in drug delivery, as components for medical devices, as membranes for separations and so on.
